All baked goods are made with carefully chosen, completely gluten-free ingredients using utensils, tools, and equipment used exclusively with gluten-free ingredients. I develop each recipe with care to recreate the flavor and texture that brings you the comfort of treats you remember, without settling for “good for gluten-free.”

  • Yes! I offer local delivery within select zip codes.

    Delivery availability and pricing are based on distance from my kitchen, with delivery fees between $0-10.

  • All ingredients, equipment, utensils, and baking surfaces are used exclusively for gluten-free baking, and my baking space is completely gluten-free from the start. This means there is no shared equipment or surfaces with gluten-containing ingredients at any time.

  • Your safety is very important to me. While I take extensive precautions, I am legally unable to guarantee that items are completely free from all allergens.

    Please note:

    • I regularly bake with nuts, and almond milk is my primary dairy alternative.

    • I carefully read labels and verify ingredients, but some products may be processed in facilities that handle common allergens.

    If you have a severe allergy, please contact me before ordering so we can discuss whether an item is a safe fit for you.

  • Gluten-free baking relies heavily on thoughtful ingredient substitutions, which makes it relatively easy to accommodate additional dietary needs such as:

    • Dairy-free

    • Soy-free

    • Egg-free (depending on the recipe)

    When accommodating additional restrictions:

    • Items are baked individually, not alongside other products

    • All equipment and utensils are pre-washed and sanitized

    • Single-use bowls and utensils are used when possible

    • Every ingredient is double-checked to ensure compliance

  • I operate in full compliance with Indiana’s Home-Based Vendor regulations (IC 16-42-5.3).

    This means:

    • All products are non-potentially hazardous baked goods allowed under Indiana law

    • Required labeling is provided
